Terms of use

The deal

These terms are between you and Mete Serpil, the developer of HuntAPic. By using the app you accept them. Questions: support@huntapic.com.

You must be at least 13. Keep your Apple account safe; you are responsible for what happens on your HuntAPic account.

Play fair and stay safe

Only photograph real things with the in-app camera. No nudity, violence, hate, harassment, or photos of people who did not agree to it.

Watch where you walk, respect private property, other people and local rules. Never put yourself or others in danger for a photo.

We may remove photos, block features or close accounts that break these rules, and reported content is reviewed by our staff.

Your photos

Your photos stay yours. You let us store them, check them for safety and show them to the players in your game, only to run the game. They are deleted about 60 minutes after the game ends.

Coins, Premium and ads

Coins are earned by playing, winning and watching reward ads, and can be bought in packs. They only unlock frames, avatars and themes in the app, have no money value, cannot be exchanged or transferred, and are not refunded except where the law or Apple’s rules say so.

Premium is an auto-renewing subscription sold by Apple. It renews until you cancel it in your Apple ID subscription settings at least 24 hours before the period ends. Deleting your HuntAPic account does not cancel it.

Free players see ads. We may change prices, coin amounts and shop items in future versions.

Our part

We work to keep HuntAPic running and safe, but the app is provided "as is": games can be interrupted and features can change. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses; nothing here limits your rights as a consumer.

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may end accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms.

Law and changes

Turkish law applies, without taking away the consumer protection of the country you live in. We will update these terms when the app changes and show the new date here. Last updated: 2026-10-24.
